This home had been lived in by a tenant and was in terrible shape, with a smell to match. My seller worked extremely hard to get it back into its original condition. We did a vacant stage, so only accessories (not furniture).

Exterior After: Bushes removed or trimmed, new sod, front porch slope repaired, porch painted, fresh bark.

Exterior Before: Overgrown landscaping, front porch sloping and in need of paint, grass in bad condition.

Exterior After: Bushes removed or trimmed, new sod, front porch slope repaired, porch painted, fresh bark.

Living Room Before: A paint color that will turn most buyers off.

Living Room After: Fresh paint in a neutral color, new carpet, and accessories brought in. Much better!

Kitchen Before: An unappealing color and dirty

Kitchen After: Fresh and neutral paint, cleaned and accessorized. Now this is a kitchen you would want to hang out in!

Master Bedroom Before: Before picture of master bedroom with sponge-painted walls and ceiling, making it feel very closed in. Plus, the color won't be a big hit with buyers. The carpet was in terrible condition as well.

Master Bedroom: After Ah, fresh paint, brand new carpet, and a stylish light fixture.

Master Bath Before: Again with the sponge paint and not very clean.

Master Bath After: Fresh paint, plus an updated light fixture and towel bars. The accessories add a nice touch, too!

Secondary Bedroom Before

Secondary Bedroom After: Fresh paint, new carpet, new light fixture

Hallway Bath Before: Very specific paint decorations, broken door, etc.

Hallway Bath After: Now fresh and clean
