Fairwood Greens (Renton) Home
This is a vacant stage, meaning we just brought in accessories, but no furniture.
Exterior Before
Exterior After: Roof cleaned, windows washed, shingles re-stained, downspouts repainted, stylish new light fixtures in black, new address numbers in black and flowers added to front porch. And of course professional photography!
Front Porch: A closer up look of the new light fixtures, address numbers and flower pot.
Living Room Before: Can you see the imperfect drywall seams in this photo? They are there (and not okay with me)!
Living Room After: Photo taken from other direction. We had the drywall repaired and the wall repainted so it was perfect! It's all in the details.
Dining Area Before: Dining area - sponge paint on lower wall and window wall, and then a blue accent wall.
Dining/Living Room After: Dining area is on the right. We had the walls freshly repainted with complementary colors above and below the chair rail. If you look at the "before" photo, you can see there was blue paint as well. We had that painted the same color as the color above the chair rail. It came out feeling very warm.
Great Room Before
Great Room After: Ideally I wanted the sponge-painted wall to be painted a solid color, but apparently the drywall isn't perfect, so we left it as it was. With the former blue paint now a warmer color, the sponge painted wall was much more cohesive.
Kitchen Before
Kitchen After: Besides having the kitchen deep cleaned to be ready for showings, we replaced the covers around the incandescent lighting, which had yellowed. After that, we brought in accessories and it looked fabulous!!
Hallway: I don't have an "after" photo of the hallway, but this picture shows the bottom half of the chair rail being sponge-painted and if you look closely, you can see the doors were all the original 1974 brown color. We had the walls repainted, doors repainted white and the door handles changed to a stylish brushed nickel. It showed much better after that was done!!
Hallway Bath Before
Hallway Bath After: We accessorized it, then had the doors painted, hardware on the doors updated and shower freshly caulked.
Secondary Bedroom Before
Secondary Bedroom After: Neutral fresh paint, old window hardware removed and track lighting removed.
Master Bath Before
Master Bath After: Simply accessorized
Secondary Bedroom Before: Everything in this room needed to be refreshed.
Secondary Bedroom After: Much better with new neutral carpet, a neutral wall color and removal of the green window shades.
