Alki (West Seattle) Townhome

This had tenants living in prior to us listing, so we waited until they moved out and got to work! New carpet and new paint throughout, which was badly needed, then brought in furniture and accessories to most rooms.

Den/Third Bedroom Before: I thought this room showed very cold with the flooring choice and the paint color.

Den/Third Bedroom After: We painted the room and changed out the cork flooring to carpet, which shows much better. This is now an office I'd like to work in.

Living Room Before: The shape of the living room is a bit awkward, so having appropriately-sized furniture was imperative.
