This was a situation where we used some of the seller’s own furniture, then supplemented with some rental pieces and accessories.

Exterior After: We had some trees trimmed, others removed completely, added in fresh bark, power washed, etc.

Living Room Before: Too much heavy furniture

Living Room After We decluttered, removed the leather furniture, rented two love seats in a more updated style, removed extra window coverings, etc. It showed much better this way!

Hall Bath Before

Hall Bath After: Decluttered and had accessories brought in

Master Bedroom Before

Master Bedroom After: We removed the extra window coverings, added fresh white bedding (bed was traded out with a different bed since the sellers were taking the original bed with them), added accessories, and brought in larger, matching lamps (I have found that most master bedrooms lack large enough, matching lamps).
