Hawksridge (Issaquah) Home
This was a situation where the sellers would be living there while the home was on the market, which can be very hard with two children and two cats. We used all their existing furniture, then added in accessories throughout.
Exterior Before
Exterior After: Professional photography is so important!
Living Room Before: I didn't manage to get the "before" photo prior to this one, when the furniture was arranged completely different. This is after we had moved it.
Living Room After: After we put the furniture in this arrangement, we brought in accessories to brighten it up.
Kitchen Before
Kitchen After: Decluttered and accessorized. It is important to show as much counter space as possible.
Family Room Before: In the process of getting ready to stage.
Family Room After: had moved around the furniture before we started (including moving the couches out from the wall) and brought in accessories
Den Before
Den After: Decluttered, centered desk, moved file cabinet, put books in different configurations to add interest.
Bath Before
Bath After: Removed the shower curtain to show beautiful tile (which really opened this room up) and added accessories.
Master Bedroom Before
Master Bedroom After: We moved the dresser that had been next to the bed to the closet, brought in matching lamps for bedside tables, and relocated the chair to the corner - this all really opened up the room.
Master Bath After: Accessorized and declutteredd and decluttered
Bonus Room Before
Bonus Roof After: We organized the items in the built-in, and moved the furniture away from wall, which made the space feel larger.
Secondary Bedroom Before
Secondary Bedroom After: Decluttered a bit.
